Ana Bogdonovic (@mwlbyana), cancer survivor, shared her incredible story of how she was diagnosed with breast cancer in her twenties and how she became a survivor. Ana went through 36 rounds of chemo and was diagnosed with stage 3 at 24 years old. She read us a page from her journal that she wrote during her treatments and taught us how to listen to our bodies and gut, even when doctors are telling you that nothing is wrong, as this is ultimately what saved her life. Ana is passionate about informing young women about early cancer detection and self love.
Then our Sunday trainer, Lara Marquez brought us back the crowd pleaser working abs and booty!
