On Sunday, March 18th Fitness by Jacflash hosted another Sunday Booty Workshop with trainer Lara Marquez!
We were thrilled to have Flow water supply us with their naturally alkaline spring water.
We were equally excited to have Acupuncturist Amrit Singh speak for us at the beginning of the workshop.
Amrit explained to us how acupuncture works and how it can help us ladies regulate our hormones, PMS, skin, menstrual irregularities and assist in baby making on top of all the other things our we manage on a daily!
1) Demonstrated cupping and explained it’s benefits
2) Showed us some self-acupressure love to help move our energy when we are feeling down or low on energy, which she showed can easily be done at your desk in less than 5 minutes!
3) Demonstrated a quick facial acupressure protocol that we can do for puffy eyes, if you feel foggy headed or when you need a quick pick me after staring at the computer screen for too long!
Our Sunday trainer Lara Marquez then paired up our BOOTY workout series with squats, thrusts and lunges.
